John M. Carradine
President and Chief Executive Officer
John M. Carradine has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2005. Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Carradine served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2004 until 2005. Mr. Carradine served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2001 to 2004. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Carradine served as Chief Financial Officer and a director of Micrografx, Inc., a publicly traded software development and services company with operations in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Australia, where he was responsible for worldwide financial and administrative functions including all finance and accounting, technology operations, planning and investor relations. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Carradine served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Intellicall, Inc., an American Stock Exchange listed manufacturer and provider of telecommunications products and services both in the United States and overseas. Mr. Carradine began his career with Arthur Young and Company as an Auditor from 1980 to 1983, and subsequently served from 1983 to 1990 as Treasurer for Computer Language Research, Inc., a provider of software and data processing services.
Mr. Carradine has an MBA with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Roxanne Seale
Senior Vice President of Application Solutions
Roxanne Seale currently serves as Senior Vice President of Application Solutions. She has been a Vice President of Healthaxis since May 2002. Roxanne has senior executive responsibility for all aspects of the company's healthcare information technology development activities including all core benefits platforms and all web-based solutions. Ms. Seale joined the Company in 1988, and has held numerous technical, management, and executive positions since that time. Prior to joining the company she held staff positions in software development with companies in the oil and gas industry and with EDS Corporation.
Ms. Seale has a B.S. in Computing Science from Texas A&M University.
Paula Ringlbauer
Vice President, Product Management
Paula Ringlbauer has been Vice President, Product Management since November 2006. Ms. Ringlbauer joined the Company in 1992 and has held numerous technical and management positions in her tenure at the company. Ms. Ringlbauer is a recognized expert in insurance payer administration and the use of information technology and automated processes for improving administrative performance, productivity and quality in payer organizations. Her current responsibilities include leading the functional direction of all of the company's products and services, and ensuring that Healthaxis maintains a leadership position helping TPA's and insurance companies manage the most effective and efficient organizations that they can.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ringlbauer spent almost twenty years in staff, management and executive positions with Republic National Life, Life of the Southwest, Bankers Life, Control Data Corporation and Ceridian Corporation.
Arun Prakash
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Arun Prakash is responsible for managing the financial operations of Healthaxis. He joined the company in February 2010. Mr. Prakash is also a Vice President with Virgo Capital and works with their portfolio companies to improve financial management and operations. He has a strong operating background, having managed software development and technology planning programs for commercial and defense space systems at The Boeing Company. Prior to joining Virgo Capital, he co-founded Terrafugia, an aviation industry startup, and also worked at the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Prakash has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Brent Webb
Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel
Brent Webb is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Healthaxis. He joined the Company in January 1999 and provides all legal support for Healthaxis' day-to-day business operations. He has also been appointed as the Healthaxis corporate Privacy Officer with responsibility for all privacy compliance related activities and heads up the Healthaxis internal HIPAA initiatives.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Webb spent 11 years in private practice in Dallas, including five years as a name partner in the firm of Glenn & Webb, LLP. During his years in private practice, he represented numerous business clients in all aspects of their organization and operation.
Mr. Webb is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
